Most consultations will be with young, otherwise healthy simulated patients who have a specific problem. There is not enough time for you to realistically deal with modern clinical encounters featuring frailty, complexity, co-morbidity, functional decline and polypharmacy. Importantly, most actors will be briefed to have a hidden agenda.
